    Manufacturing Process

    The process of making epoxy tumblers is a very lengthy process. Typical turn-around for a epoxy tumbler is approximately 4-5 weeks. We do not list epoxy tumblers until they are ready to ship. The process for producing epoxy tumblers, includes, spray painting a white base coat, glitter if applicable, decals or waterslides, colored spray paint, and a layer of epoxy. At that point, additional options are done, including but not limited to airbrushing and peekaboos. Finally, additional layers of epoxy are applied. Sanding is done in between each layer, after each layer has cured, until a glass like finish is attained.
