Proper care keeps your drinkware looking its best. Because our products use different finishes and coatings, care instructions vary by item type. Please read the care information specific to your product below.
Are tumblers dishwasher safe?
No. All tumblers — including sublimation tumblers, epoxy tumblers, rhinestone tumblers, frosted glass cans, and insulated wine tumblers — are handwash only.
The dishwasher's heat, steam, and detergents can damage or delaminate the finish on these items. Wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry.
Sublimation Tumblers
Handwash only. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.
Sublimation printing bonds dye directly into a special coating on the tumbler. High heat and harsh detergents will cause the image to fade, crack, or peel. Care instructions from the product listing:
- Handwash only
- Use mild soap with warm water
- Do not soak
- Do not microwave
- Do not put in the dishwasher
Epoxy Tumblers
Handwash only. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.
Epoxy tumblers are finished with a hand-applied resin coating that gives them their glossy, dimensional look. Dishwasher heat can warp, cloud, or soften the epoxy finish. Care instructions from the product listing:
- Handwash only
- Use mild soap with warm water
- Do not soak
- Do not microwave
- Do not put in the dishwasher
ORCA-Coated Ceramic Mugs
Dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
Our ceramic sublimation mugs use a professional-grade ORCA sublimation coating that is specifically formulated to withstand dishwasher and microwave use. These are the only items in our drinkware lineup that carry a dishwasher-safe rating. This includes mugs such as our World's Best Aunt, Karma Cafe, Teach Love Inspire, and other 11 oz ceramic mug designs.

Note: The "Imperfect" 15 oz sublimation mugs and insulated travel mugs are not ORCA-coated and should be handwashed only — check your specific product listing if you are unsure.
Frosted & Clear Glass Cans
Handwash only.
Our frosted and clear 16 oz glass cans feature sublimated designs. To preserve the printed design, handwash only with mild soap and warm water.
Exception: The 20 oz Etched Glass Monstera Leaves Skinny Tumbler has a glass body that is dishwasher safe, but its bamboo lid and silicone sleeve should be handwashed.
Rhinestone Tumblers
Handwash only. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Rhinestones are adhered by hand and can loosen with dishwasher heat and high-pressure water. Gently handwash and pat dry.
Insulated Travel Mugs & Wine Tumblers
Handwash only. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.
Our insulated travel mugs and sublimation wine tumblers are handwash only. Dishwashers and microwaves can damage the insulation, the exterior finish, and any lids or seals.

General Care Tips for All Drinkware
- Use mild dish soap and warm (not hot) water
- Do not soak for extended periods
- Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge — avoid steel wool or scrubbers
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry or dry with a soft towel
- Store upright in a dry location
